What locations are eligible?

Environmental Upgrade Agreements (EUAs) are currently available in NSW and the City of Melbourne.

If your building is not in these areas then contact us to discuss how we may be able to assist.

What upgrades are eligible?

Any improvements to energy, waste or water efficiency, or increases in renewable energy, are eligible.

Improvements include solar, lifts, LED lighting, facade, air conditioning, double glazing, waste management, end of trip facilities.

What buildings are eligible?

A variety of non-residential commercial buildings are eligible.

These include offices, retail, industrial, hotels, car parks, health centres and education facilities.

Who are we?

Eureka EUF, which stands for Environmental Upgrade Finance, is managed by Eureka Funds Management Limited (ABN 47 107 346 841) who also manage a $3.8 billion real estate portfolio on behalf of superannuation funds.

Eureka EUF has funded over $40 million of environmental upgrades and still has over $65 million to place.
